Click on the cancellation link within the confirmation e-mail or type its URL into your browser. Alternatively click here to cancel your reservation. This brings you directly to our cancellation web page.

Step 3
On the cancellation web page, enter your Itinerary number in the first box.

Step 4
In the second box, enter your E-mail address for reservation.

Step 5
Finally click on the button marked Cancel this reservation.

If you have entered all the correct information, the system will automatically cancel your reservation.

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, please cancel as early as possible.

  • All cancellations and changes made to your reservation up to 21 days before the first date of your reservation will incur a charge of $25.

  • All cancellations and changes made to your reservation between 20 and 4 days before the first date of your reservation will incur a charge of $50.

  • All cancellations and changes made to your reservation within 3 days of the first date of your reservation mean that your payment will not be refunded.
