Properties at La Manga, Murcia

The resort is famous for its three golf courses, tennis complex containing 28 courts and has recently added a luxury spa facility to its already impressive array of facilities.

In addition to its sports and leisure amenities, the resort also has a world class football training complex. It has hosted some of the world's most famous soccer teams including the England national squad, Real Madrid complete with David Beckham and his fellow "galacticos", Chelsea and Dynamo Kiev to name but a few of the sporting outfits who have honed their skills at La Manga Club.

As well as being a sporting complex, La Manga Club has developed into a top quality holiday resort complete with its own five star hotel and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightlife from which to choose.

In addition to the myriad attractions at La Manga Club, the complex has approximately 2000 privately owned villas and apartments, many of which are available for rental purposes. A growing number of people are choosing this option, as it not only offers greater flexibility and choice, it also gives the holidaymaker a greater sense of freedom. Many of the villas and apartments have been furnished and equipped to the highest standard meaning that you have all the creature comforts of home available whilst also having the benefit of La Manga Club's wonderful facilities close at hand.

La Manga Club offers a number of distinct communities, all of which differ in the type of accommodation available for rent. There are a number of individually owned private villas sleeping between 6-12 people which have their own swimming pools, and in some cases also have their own tennis courts. If this seems an expensive option, there are a number of other communities where lovely villas and apartments are available for rent. All communities have well equipped swimming pools, perfect for relaxing before a stressful round of golf, or an energetic game of tennis. Properties range in size from studios all the way up to four bedroom villas.

The complex is also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The Murcia region has experienced a great deal of inward investment in recent years, and has one of the fastest growing economies in the whole of Spain. Much of the money has been invested in nearby Cartagena, a city that has a history that dates back nearly 3000 years. A great number of archaeological sites have been unearthed in recent years and this offers a fascinating glimpse into the history of the city.

La Manga Club is also ideally placed for taking advantage of a number of great beaches nearby. There is a small man made stretch of sand on complex, but the surrounding area has a number of prestigious "Blue Flag" beaches nearby, many of which offer a good selection of water sports.

Whilst the Murcia region continues to grow in popularity, its number one tourist attraction remains La Manga Club. A number of companies offer privately owned properties for rent, and give detailed information on sports and leisure facilities on complex and in the surrounding area.
